Must be an error. ARTR is a Nevada business entity. They can't raise the A/S without doing it at the Nevada SOS.

All corporate changes have to be done on the corporate level at whatever local Secretary of State the business entity is registered.

ARTR hasn't done any corporate changes since 2013. And with the resident agent resigned they cannot.

I can email Empire Stock Transfer and point out the discrepancy.
