You are absolutely clueless. Whether a trade is a buy or sell isn't a "prediction" as you state when it is 2% below the posted best Bid. Anybody looking at a Time & Sales report knows it is a sale. Your method of looking at institutional holdings months later to try to determine if a trade made months ago was a buy or sell is pure nonsense!
You obviously don't know anybody with even a basic knowledge of investing. Call your broker and ask them. Or go into an Edward Jones office and someone will be happy to sit down with you and talk investing. They can explain a best execution fiduciary duty and how the Bid and Ask work.
