I am upset by the fact when the PR came out last week, Alex never mentioned the items that gives UATG the .04 Book Value, it was as if they didn’t exist. UATG PPS May be fine, but I fear it’s going to be another 4 months before we hear a word again. I am also worried about an increase in AS, we were told at 880 million shares they were done, then at 904 million and now as of Aug 15th Blue called the TA and was told something like 990 million. The Q says $136,000 in shares to be issued (some of those may have been issued, who knows). I will watch UATG closely, I believe in the products, think Alex is trying, but?? Regarding revenues; yes revenues were good, for just selling socks, but what was the cost of goods?
