Yes, the tax from the sales will in part have to go to welfare lottery for the distict where lottery player resides. That is the idea of the welfare lottery to help those areas. But most of the revenue generated will be in high population areas so I would expect they come up with some formula to help the poorer rural areas. And also they must handle the international sales and as well those online companies providing assistance and those who will offer sales online. I expect we hear something before long. China is not like other places. They keep quiet and one day boom there it is. They are patient to do it right so we must be that way too. I just add each time I can on the dip because one thing we know is they want to bring back the big sales that come from young people using only mobile devices and they need the tax money! How lucky we are here!
