25 months (761 days) ago today, Kyle said they....

we're on the wreck. It was July 20, 2016, not last year. The promo video you linked is the "this is the year" interview, and we know how that prediction by Kyle turned out, don't we?

The 16' x 5' (large?) piece of of deck was found on Area 2 on March 31, 2015 according to their reports to the Bureau.

The reference to Area 1 doesn't jive with their own reports.

Remember when Kyle said they couldn't work on Area 1 and that the wreck was 1/4 mile from Area 2? You do know that they were working Area 1 before they got their own permit, don't you?

Discovered in this area (Area 1) during 2015 were several highly degraded timbers, which were reported to the State under the HTQ E-155 permit. These were located in the northwestern half of area one. Specifically, four wooden features; targets MB317 (Jul 16, 2015)

Reports to the Bureau, and not promo interviews are what should interest shareholders and potential shareholders.

As far as the recovery permit they got, it was part of a settlement. Nothing has changed at the Bureau regardless of what the ad agency says. If it has....where's the recovery permit they applied for 1131 days ago?

n 2008 Seafarer received a recovery permit from the State of Florida Bureau of Archaeological Research. This permit expired in August 2008. Seafarer then attempted to renew their recovery permit. However, the Bureau Chief had undisclosed plans to prevent Seafarer from obtaining their recovery permit renewal. After lengthy delays and tremendous expense, Seafarer was able to depose the then Bureau Chief and other State employees in November 2010. While under oath, the Bureau Chief admitted to wrongdoing toward Seafarer and ultimately their shareholders, by admitting to fabricating and hiding documents, lying to Seafarer, libeling Seafarer and other nefarious acts in order to stop Seafarer from receiving their lawful recovery permit renewal. Fortunately for Seafarer and its shareholders, the then State of Florida Attorney General became involved and came to know about the actions that had occurred. As a result, Governor Charlie Crist contacted Seafarer and a settlement was immediately reached. On April 25th, 2011, Seafarer received a 1A-31 Recovery Permit for a three-year duration.
