Please Provide Proof to your statement

That's whats really sad - anyone can spread any claim without any proof. There will of course always be specuations, but one should try to back every claim with proof if possible. Claiming the CEO has a "record of bank fraud" should be easy to prove - if it was true - so the lack of proof (the lack of willingness to provide it, and the lack of willingness to withdraw the claim) should be very telling about the claim

Heck, people can even spread claims they know are false without any consequences. Unless the company want to push criminal charges that is, but if they didn't care to press charges against Shawn Mesaros back in the day then they are probably not going to press charges to stop all the lies being spread on the internet either, i.e we'll just have to live with such claims (at least until Solomon starts to deliver on the promises)
