That is actually true. Plus, the SEC lacks manpower and initiative to properly police OTC markets, forcing MMS into compliance + no funny business with daily stock price manipulations.

we still have a bit of a wild west here. Heck even the AMEX has it's share of similar MM issues. And if that is no fixed yet, don't expect OTC to get cleaned up anytime soon.
