Got to thinking. From what I know, the U.S. Patent office upheld the patents in dispute. Thus the question, if the Courts rule against Greenshift and side with the infringing companies, who owns the patents? For that matter, would the Courts tell the U.S. Patent office that the Court is right and the U.S. Patent office is wrong?
I know for sure that the patents exist. There are the names of those involved with the patents and process. Simply put, it looks good for GERS as for the patent rights.
Government against Government (Patent Office against Court) Sounds like jello wrassling or mud wrassling.
