I have to agree here. I have been reviewing the DRUS charts for months now from the 1 and 15 minute daily’s, to the 1-day 3 year, and all the indicators in between. All of the great DD, the information about the government contracts, and the share structure, I learned -after- the chart caught my eye. My consensus is a shift as well - shifting positive. The only question I am really trying to figure out now is: when’s the next big move up ;)
