Garcia our new board member is the Vegas Valley Growers LLC and Vegas Valley Growers North LLC connection. He is putting this deal together for them. Christian Carnell AIMH's new Accountant is the real brains behind this merger. He is the same guy that helped take EVIO another MJ merger shell with about the same share structure as AIMH's from pennies to dollars in a short time. He left EVIO in April of 2018 to work exclusively for AIMH. A guy like Christian Carnell is the perfect fit for this merger..
