Agreed. But, it is par for the course any time Restricted shares are involved. Honestly, I don't think anyone except Wayne can tell you why the were Restricted to start with. Restricted shares stink. Even worse is owning restricted shares while they're being traded. The price can go to da moon. But, if your shares are Restricted, you're not even going to be near the launchpad.
