Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. Project Updates

BLDV & Cann10 NA Prepare for CannX Conference in Israel

August 17, 2018 Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (OTC PK: BLDV) Denver Colorado:

Blue Diamond Consulting continues to specify Cannareet® brand.

The final decision for the five cannabis oil processing licenses in Virginia will be delayed for 30 days , but the excitement continues to build over the introduction of the Cannareet® product line into North America, and the continued collaboration with Cann10 Israel to bring pharma-grade products and solutions into North America through the Cann Tech Alliance.

“Our continuing collaboration with the SCFN Network is central to the licensing of Cannareet®” said Josh Alper, CEO of BLDV, “Hightech Extracts, the North American arm of SCFN, gives our clients access to GMP ready extractor solutions, making pharma-grade products a reality to cannabis license holders”.

Blue Diamond Consulting LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, has started work on an application in New Jersey, the latest of the Pharma-Grade programs to expand their model. “Hundreds of applicants will compete for the six new licenses that will be made available in New Jersey” says Alper, “As part of the application team, we have the opportunity to present our technologies at an early stage of the project”

New license applications represent only a small fraction of the organizations that can benefit from licensing innovations from Israel and other partners of Blue Diamond Ventures Inc, and Cann10 North America. BLDV has recently signed a non-disclosure with PlastArt Medical and has begun to explore the unique delivery systems, for cannabis products, that they manufacture in Israel.

In other news: Cannabis Clean, a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV has begun the licensing of their building cleaning applications. Cannabis Clean continues to focus on sanitation SOP’s and training programs for safety and sanitation in the cannabis industry.

Construction projects in both Michigan and Canada are on hold due to the recent market focus, in both these areas, on recreational products. “After the adult-use rush is over, we can circle back and re-start the high-end medical projects that were envisioned for Michigan & Canada” said Josh Alper “shareholders may have dodged a bullet in regards to the AMS Farms project, I am afraid that given the current environment in Canada with focus on recreational products, we may not have been able to complete our pharmaceutical vision with that project.

About BLDV: Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. seeks to partner with individuals and companies that share a common synergy, mission and vision to enable pharmaceutical-grade cannabis products/services that are produced, delivered and consumed utilizing fewer natural resources. Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. seeks opportunities in medical cannabis markets and is driven by critical thinking and the scientific method.

****End of PR****

- My brief thoughts are that (1) introducing Cannareet to North America and (2) bringing and licensing pharma grade cannabis products to North America are the two key themes in this PR and are the current initiatives and focus of BLDV to generate revenue. We knew that the decision on the Virginia application is delayed:

- The New Jersey application is good to see as another effort to possibly generate revenue. I need to reflect more on the possible different aspects of licensing. It looks like BLDV is not going ahead with the AMS project. It will be interesting to see if we get an update in the future on the upcoming merger. Thanks Stuville for posting the PR.
