Partly true. If you owned UNGS by Record Date, there was nothing for you to do. In case shares would have been issued Unrestricted, then there would have been nothing else to do except sell your GCAN shares. Restricted shares can't be traded. However, transactions may take place between two parties. Such was the case when Wayne got cash from EMET and others.
