They had previously released fraudulent press releases claiming to be developing a LNG plant in PNG.

Are you sure about that? I believe the PNG nonsense came later. Yes, Pino put out a PR about gold mines, but they were, if memory serves, supposed to be in South America. Carter Care came before that.

Megas blew up the Carter Care deal. And then when Pino declined to pay him and Sytner $2 million for the shell, he blew that up too. At which point the hype turned to Megas's alleged enormous real estate portfolio, which did not exist.

Carter Care was a real business, unlike the others. It might even have worked out, but we'll never know.
