Like I have said before. I call it a "coagulation". But you guys refer to it as the dreaded R/S. Oooooh, so scary... Sure time it wrong, R/S=bad. But timed correctly under the right circumstances it could hold. Again I refer to my earlier references to push starting a car. When it became public that they we going to create 5 billion more shares didn't anyone else see this "dilution" (sarcasm regarding that terms cliche reacourance on this board). Obviously the need to aquire capital was required. Helios can't currently get decent financing, soooo. Sell a bunch of shares really really cheep build up some speed and some room to run, pop the clutch, jump the egine, drive down the road. Tadah! Oh yeah, I also think they are controlling the value by adjusting the share drops yes. But not to "screw the investors" because they want to adjust to it's true value so it's balanced and calculated off the Dec R/S. It's not scary, it's necessary, it's the obvious plan. Coagulation is how to bleeding stops.
