Imo, either JV partner offering buyout after
looking at GNCP's GOLD holdings or
FINRA and SEC interfering, because of
massive illegal NSS in GNCP, which
could ruin their reputation as caretaker
of North Amercan Market!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Remember, all stocks transactions, big
or small, go through the same market!!!
And public trust this so colled regulators,
that nothing illegal can go through the
