Can we remove the AMS info from the Intro Box now since Alper suddenly says "“shareholders may have dodged a bullet in regards to the AMS Farms project." Once again, he puts the blame somewhere other than on himself. This time it's "the current environment in Canada with focus on recreational products." Seriously, how many times have people pointed to recreational use as being a potential boon for AMS/BLDV? Apparently the "current environment" hasn't stopped others as the list of licensed producers continues to grow. Last time I checked a couple of months there were 111...the count today is 115.

AMS spokesman Steve Barber left long ago in order to hype another similar project. Apparently it has gone nowhere either.

IMO the AMS deal failed because (a) the partners couldn't secure a license for some reason and (b) lack of funds which Alper was incapable of providing. IMO the AMS team naively thought all they had to do was buy some land, erect a big metal shell (which they did) and the money would come pouring in. Over 4 years on and they're still stuck. I doubt the town of Hanover is too happy with their investment in infrastructure. Why AMS can't or won't sell or partner with a larger, licensed grower is a mystery.

Once again, another key Josh Alper venture goes down in flames.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
