Fund.com, Inc began as a news website on the fund management industry. After prior management and insiders fraudulently transferred assets from the company, large shareholders led by Thomas Braziel at B.E. Capital Management put the company into receivership (see www.fndmreceivership.com). Since then we have pursued asset recovery via litigation. We are happy report that as of July 2018 we recovered the domain name.

For now we are exploring options to realize the best long term value for Fund.com, Inc. shareholders. Our goal is to realize the greatest long term value on a per-share basis.
