11 fillings done since October. None done before that since 2012. New board member appointed with huge ties to Vegas Valley Growers and new accountant appointed with huge ties to the MJ sector.. So much is getting done behind the scene with not one word for the company yet. They are not doing all of this and spending the money they are for nothing. This shell is getting set up for something and I believe it's a merger with Vegas Valley Growers LLC. one of the biggest private MJ growers and MJ edible producing companies in the USA.
