The restricted share fiasco is the result of more from genius Wayne who said he would issue unrestricted shares in the beginning....at least he said it while dumping worthless UNGS shares. As soon as it was too late and the price dropped back to no-bid, no-volume, he changed his tune.

Some would call that fraud.....but not his friends.
