My best guess is the saliva issue is not an issue for Hound as referenced by tons of research materials that includes Huestis and Olof Beck findings. In my opinion, one should assume the worst case scenario first.

Meaning, the Hound device can detect "impairment" levels within a scientifically accepted window for alcohol and marijuana (dual reading). There's simply no proof to believe otherwise.

P.S. There is no known level of "impairment" for THC as established through exhaustive research by Dr. Marilyn Huestis. Therefore, "impairment" for THC will be established by whatever numbers the scientific community ultimately agrees upon (..3..4..5 nanograms..?)
