My first conversation with the T/A was vague. The T/A Seemed a little evasive at first. Then I emailed T/A what Broker emailed me:
broker said Request submitted to the transfer agent to determine status as it has been in transfer agent possession for more than 3 weeks without any updates.
I do not work for the group that processes these requests. They advised, all communication for this process must go through the Depository Trust & Clearing Company which has been initiated.

So is the DTCC, T/A or Broker holding-up or delaying the process here?

Now T/A has ask me for brokers Jumbo Cert No. So they could do the research.

Then I called my broker and he said he would take care of getting T/A Jumbo Cert. # Monday.

I have sent both the others Email and asked to be CC'd.
A Email leaves a better trail of exactly what is said, Than a phone conversation. I will Stay on top of this one and instead being like others that have misled me on other restricted share conversions. I will share with others what I find out and know so they to can take the correct Action.
As sharing with others Make me feel helpful and Seems to bring me better Fortune.
Shorts that Mislead and Distort for Ill Gotten Gains.
have Mislead shareholders on everything from getting the dividends to how to get restricted shares tradable.
What I don't understand is why this process takes weeks or months and I think it's the individuals at these different brokers, Departments Agencies and how I treat them and they treat me is what makes the difference.
Restricted Services at Schwab did a good job of getting my last one Tradable. Although I think the process takes to long and I did not always get answers from People that work in different departments that just don't know or seem to Care. It's the Individual at any Agency or broker that makes the Difference.

Now that I seem to have fairly good Communication with all parties.
I hope GCAN's T/A turns out to be as helpful as certain Individuals in Schwabs Restricted Services and T/A processes my Individual Unrestricted Certificate timely.
