I can not find any better case.
All the numbers are good.
Siaf/trw have assets. Proven.
Both companies earn money.
All audited.
The market have lost confidence, the shareprice is redicoulus.

Why should I not think that it is a good deal to buy?
Why should I not recommend others to buy?
All shares in the stockmarket have more or less risk.
To make money on the stock market you have to find the companies that have a valuation below comparable peers.
Imperfection in the market it is called. That is how I make my money.
If you buy the companies with a perfect valuation you will not make a single buck!

There is no sure thing in the market.....
