No interim CEO nominated officially ( very material info still not disclosed if somebody else is at the helm of GNCP)

Lowenthal has a history of promoting companies and letting all of them die (all the sisters)

Promises are only good for a certain time, after that promises genetically transform into bull crap

And at this point it would be stupid to sell

However, it might be wise to determine the best value at which to bail out
