There's a big difference between exuberant positivity from investors stemming from the merits of a legitimate and growing company vs a concerted effort from a struggling company which puts out fluff news in order to "pump" up the share price artificially. If you've noticed there has been not been too much in the form of press releases from the company. You talk like this is a pump and dump share selling scheme. There's a good reason the share price is doing what's its doing, and its not fluff news my friend.
