If TRTC is using their FIVE MILLION DOLLAR location in New Jersey we should have seen an amended lease by the VV family ......?

Tenant shall use and occupy the Demised Premises for and in connection with its fruit, vegetable and floral business and for no other purposes (the "Permitted Use"). Tenant shall not be permitted to conduct any business on the Demised Premises on Sundays."

With less than three weeks to go surely TRTC has a location in New Jersey and local support correct ?

Application for New Jersey clearly requires a letter of support by local government !!! Anyone check the minutes for White Township showing a resolution supporting TRTC ?


I would like to talk specificly about NJ and TRTC chances of winning one of six slots.

First lets tackle the lease TRTC has with the VV family.

The lease is very clear.....only vegetables can be grown as they have in the past........no cannabis.......

Lease was updated in 2015-2016 and valid till 2029.

If we can talk strictly about the lease and the odds of the VV family changing the lease to allow for cannabis.....I would appreciate it.

The VV family and TRTC are involved in a civil suit against each other. Call me crazy but why would they TRTC grow cannabis on their land after TRTC fired or released all the VV members from TRTC.

I would think an 8k would have been released by now showing an amended lease for the NJ application.....
