Another troubling thing is in regards to the restricted shares issued to CDN.

The financials phrase the issuance as 50M shares granted for working capital which means that the shares were purchased, ie. I'll give you x amount of money for x amount of shares.

The issue is there is no evidence of any money being given for those shares as that transaction does not show up anywhere on the cash flow statement meaning it did not impact the cash on hand of PAOG, so basically the shares were given away for free

Being cooped up inside all weekend with the kids has certainly given me some time to find major issues with both sister company financials. Looking very shady
