Looks like my DD is up to date now, just a waiting game. When will the next PR or 8-k show up? Any guesses? There should be more info on both phase 2 trials. I would love to hear something on our status going back to OTCQB. I wonder if that happens automatically when we remain current for a certain length of time.

Anyway here is some math:

Price Per Share (PPS) should equal the companies true value divided by the number of shares. The true value of the company is what is difficult to calculate. The number of shares is 244,708,430 shares as of August 14, 2018. Therefore PPS is true value divided by 244,708,430 or another worth 1 penny for every 2,447,084.30 the company is worth. So if OBMP reaches a value of 24.5 million 10 cents per share easy!
