PLSB registered with the SEC. A company that files a registration statement pursuant to the Securities Act which becomes reporting obligations pursuant to Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act. Under security act of 1933, they must file the reports with the SEC to avoid the suspended revoked their registration.

There are several steps that an issuer must take to terminate and/or suspend its Exchange Act reporting obligations. If the issuer has a class of securities registered under Section 12(b), must file a Form 25 to initiate the delisting/deregistration process. If an issuer has a class of securities registered under Section 12(g), then it must file a Form 15 to terminate the registration.

This is a very serious matter. Many companies are not aware ignore the problem end up losing their registration with the SEC.

PLSB it seems like they manage to turn business around. Growth & expanding the business in China is very impressive. Now they need to focus update with their files report status to attract more serious investors.
