nevermind I got some contradicting info on this share structure. From pinksheets.com as of 10/23/06 there are 5.5 million shares outstanding and 5.5 million in the float? Doesn't make sense to me. I also found this stock on some tout site and they say 780,000 shares in the float with 4 million shares outstanding. Hmmmm
