I'm sure we both would still be holding Canopy (why in the hell would you sell) in a couple of years and it would still be probably be less expensive than Orange County. Could be your tour guide.Just leave Cali before the "big one" if you can figure out when that's coming. We have hail and mountain fires. All else is wonderful. Ski until noon 90 minutes away and drive down to play 18 holes of golf in the afternoon the same day (sometimes in January). Heaven with no ocean. Let's make some serious money with Bruce and CGC.
