In the PR they refer to some unnamed Investment Banking Company, and they immediately shorten Investment Banking Company to "the IBC". Then immediately refer to the unnamed entity as "IBC" not "the IBC". Why does this matter you ask, well there is a large bank that goes by the initials of........wait for it...IBC.

So how to connect your scam to a legit bank, just refer to your current scheme using initials of a legit entity.

I hope that not too many folks got fooled, again.
