I honestly expected TRTC to gain non-toxic financing this year.

However, DP and crew continued to use discounted equity convertible loans, that's their old career by the way selling stock and notes. I once thought that was positive. I was wrong.

That's a continued red flag when I have other investments securing funding at better terms for equity owners.
