Yes, but what if the market still doesn't give a damn?
FABU was trading at $0.01. A known scam. Then they decided to spin off a US subsidiary, Libsyn (later LSYN on OTC). They filed an S-1. Then suddenly FABU was trading at $0.10. In a matter of days. Because Libsyn was making EPS $0.09 every year. After the spin-off LSYN was trading at $0.30 for a while (30x your money) and now it's trading at $1.60 (160x your money).
What this demonstrates is, that the market thought FABU was worthless. But it wasn't. Not after the spin-off. You can expect a similar effect for SIAF when they distribute the stock dividend. It will be more obvious for SIAF than it was for FABU. Because SIAF is not a scam. And, because they will tell you the value per SIAF share.
