I agree as long as they don't do a reverse. I looked at ENTI. With nearly 14 billion shares in the float back in 2013 and 30 billion authorized, how far can it really go? What is the share structure now?

Now take a look at IDCN. While the outstanding shares are listed at 7.5 billion, ~3 billion of these shares are tied up in Canada and can't be traded and ~750 million shares from the Miller estate, the company has a option to buy back.
