Eakle and his promoters have pumped this severely delinquent junk on social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, stock boards) to assist in the illegal resale of over 5 billion unregistered shares to the market.

All while Rule 144 was not available because the current reporting requirement was ignored.

Who writes the opinion letters to free up all this stock?
