President Donald J. Trump signs the Fiscal Year 2019 National Defense Authorization Act, a bill that increases funding for the military, at Fort Drum, N.Y., Aug. 13, 2018.


Has zero, zilch, nada to do with TMPS getting a contract. It would be good for Investors to know what contracts TMPS is going after; if any. TMPS hasn't filed financials in over 9 months.
