$ RNVA. The CEO has been doing what he said he would but he should turn the News over to Marlene McLennan the New CFO as she could explain things better than Lagan as she works in all the Key parts of the business every day and has alot more experience than him IMO. We know the A/S is maxed out now and why there is no dilution now and i am about sure there will be no R/S as the Board has done turned it down once and it would only delay every thing else they are working on now and they taking in 2 Million a Month now where they were having to cover for Medicare & Medicaid in the past where they dont now and it was CFO McLennan that solved that problem. Once traders see there is NO R/S RNVA will move up fast and the Company knows that and will use it to benifit the Company and raise the PP,s. RNVA is no longer a QB are a Nasdaq stock so Seamus Lagan is not so concerned about the PP,s as he was before so the whole game has changed and anyone selling now will probably be chasing soon IMO. The CEO,s main goal now is to get RNVA profitable where he can add more Hospitals and he could use the Spin Off to do just that and raise the PP,s and gain more interest in the Company at the same time, where as a R/S would probably kill RNVA and the Board knows that and why it was never voted on before because Lagan owes some of the Board of Directors and i dont think he will chance teeing any of them off JMO. We will see in the next few days and weeks but my money is on a Spin Off and NO R/S Period.
