Which question(s)would you like me to respond to? I extracted the following three out of your last post:

“Give him a chance to deliver!? “

Are you kidding me!?”

“How can this board be so delusional!?”

I don’t have the answers to those questions. You made the decision to invest and you still have options. I can think of three:

Write off the stock

Proceed with legal action if you feel that Kevin deceived you

Wait it out until ‘sometime after Labor Day’, which I assume to be sometime before the end of the year.
