Not sure I’d classify it as a “major problem”. But I agree that there are trust issues with joe as IR. I’m not too fussed at this point. After all, this is an otc stinky pinky. Difference is that we have a real company with real products being rolled into major retailers.

The thing for me will be to watch for any more possible toxic debt (convertible notes) and possible future dilution. Even then, the updated share structure is solid, so I’m not too fussed.

Waiting to see what they come out with over the next couple of weeks to see how I’m gonna play this.
