With Revenue from Samples as early as Sept 2017 and a well qualified CFO Robert Phillips taking shares and that predator lender finally nearing conclusion in QMC's Favor. We may be closer to a contract announcement than anyone anticipates. QMC has yet to disclose 11 Months of activity. It may be time for those on the sidelines to "load up" or at least "buy some now" before the price moves up.
