Here is what I would like on ownership percentage by Constellation. 38% fine, 49% OK, but no good if they get 50 or more. I do not think Canopy needs to become a division of Constellation. Canopy needs to be a controlling partner (51%) in charge of their own destiny. Canopy shareholders will make more money if we are not bought out.
