Dilution is a real concern ... as should be for all invested in QSEP

There hasn’t been enough accountability from management, regarding this increase in shares. How come all the “irons” in the fire, considering there still isn’t one implementation success story? Resources should be concentrated on getting a revenue producing gig.

I am increasingly skeptical.
