No, I just meant to form a pubco you need a lot of shareholders and MZEI would provide that if EM wanted and it was legally possible. So in your opinion it is impossible for the shareholders to get a piece of anything even if the creditors quitclaim.
When Air Canada went broke it took a year for the legalities to be formalized even though everything was stated on their site - just to create a shareholder base the winning bidder and creditors gave the shareholders a 1 for 10,000 consolidation so maybe the laws are different in this case.
