Ski, hes doing a merger. At this point its even more obvious. I have said all along that we need to identify the merging company. Its boing to be a public company and a company that has something either they need or that company needs. The pps is almost irrelevant as far as im concerned becuase they obviously want it down for the conversion.

Think about it, it seems hes not worried about the pps, wont do a AS or RS, increased AS to JUST 1B? Why didnt he do 2B or 3B like most other pinks? he chose that number for a reason and is refusing to go past it or do a RS. No RS because he cant! If he does he would have to wait at least 12 months before applying to NASDAQ or NYSE! He has said for 2 years that he was uplisting in 2 years and all of a sudden the AS is maxed out, pps does really change all that much and trading volume is consistently over 8m a day for 2 years. He finally has revenues, assets and trading volume! The only thing he needs is the pps to go up and the fastest way fo rthat to happen would be a RS BUT that would kill liquidity and pps would drop, SOOOOOOOOOO A MERGER is really the ONLY option.

If that doesnt tell you hes uplisting I dont know what will!
