Agreed. Sounds like both parties were interested in getting it right.
The second location site has already been announced in the Orlando Sentinel and I believe you correct in the assumption that they will move quickly on multiple locations throughout Orlando and possibly all over Florida. I have a very good friend who is a general manager of a rapidly expanding chain in the Orlando area and the revenue that some of these locales are pulling in is astounding.
I managed a place in Panama City Beach FL which is a tiny fraction of the market of Orlando and it pulled in over $10 million a year with just one site.
