RELM - Our ticket to SEC action against this group?

RELM is another one I missed that I am adding now

RELM was pumped in February using a fake merger put out by a twitter account at https://twitter.com/RELM_Inc which has since been deleted

I see some of the usual suspects involved in RELM starting on February 12th ahead of the fake merger loading up at $.0002


The fake twitter account announced a fake merger with a real company. The real company didn't take too kindly to the fraud

We just want to announce that our name, logo and images are being used without our consent by a publicly listed company called RELM Holdings. FLA420 has absolutely no connection or ties with this obvious and blatant attempt at a pump and dump. We repeat, we have absolutely no affiliation with this company and have engaged our attorneys to file cease and desist claims against them for unlawfully using our name and images.
