What can be derived from those "reviews" and from my experience in the here and now is that this is probably not a worker friendly environment depending on where you work in the facility.

Very much pressure packed in R&D. Quality control chemistry must not be too pleasant, finished product and commercial stability challenges. Then there is raw material testing.

Work on ANDAs they must get conformity, validation testing, and work on any problems they may encounter such as HPLC/GC methods.


Not a job for the faint of heart. Lots of HARD WORK. Lots of weekends used trying to get reports/data done on a limited staff. Probably just about living there for some folks. Not fun and getting paid less than some other pharmaceuticals pay for less work.

Elite is basically a small start up pharmaceutical.


The payoff though could be tremendous for those willing to stick it out.


Getting stock as incentives can make all that hard work worth it.
