Fair to say...

BALTIA is Indubitably the most elaborate penny stock scam that modern-day investors have ever seen. Making a habit of flooding the internet with a crescendo of fluffy — and at times ornate— press releases, BLTA had surely made a conscientious attempt to pretend the company was making progress. Press releases about about Pilots successfully completing their recurrent training were pretty regular, ALTHOUGH, at NO time, since BLTA’s inception 30 years ago did the Company ever had an operable aircraft. NONETHELESS, a 2009 article about the Company states this: But Baltia’s web site is already promoting a host of discounts to students, seniors and youth. During the first month of service, all passengers will receive 25 percent off the ticket cost, and the first 300 passengers to book flights will receive a free ticket for future use.

Let’s get crackin’

Ladies and Gentlemen, read what a certain pilot’s son has to say on 1 July 2013:
My father was an operating Captain of the Baltia aircraft when it was registered as AYW for PIA and I flew on numerous occasions in the cockpit of this aircraft. It had over 75,000 flying hours back in 1999 and we had a very serious incident on takeoff at JFK on Dec 18th, 1998. I still have pictures of the interior of the aircraft that was damaged when my father aborted the take-off just before V1. There was intense nose wheel shimme(later found out to be damaged by the tug master on the inbound when the hydraulics had leaked and it had to be towed in on JFK on the inbound journey. The vibration in the cockpit was so severe that the door flew back and the instrument popped out of the panels. The upper deck toilet completely collapsed and so did the overhead bins. It is a long story but I consider my self lucky that this ‘lion’ of a plane withstood the damage.

Had it not been for the cosmically aligned serendipitous EXTENTION, Baltia would have already been shut down IN SPITE of Tonie saying crap like this:
While the deregistration in not enviable, once the Company is able to complete its financial statements, the Company believes it will be able to have caught up in its filings even quicker than before the deregistration.

Yet everyone got soooooooooooooo excited after reading the 14 Nov 2017 letter to shareholders showing this from Tonie:
We will be providing more detail in the comings weeks, but we want to give some preliminary updates. First and foremost, we have completed the audit for fiscal years 2015, 2016, and the first three quarters of 2017 and are preparing the final drafts for legal review and release. Second, our business plan, pro forma, corporate name and stock ticker change will follow the release of our audited financials. Finally, we have begun reaching out to travel agencies, public relations, and marketing firms to create a powerful and compelling branding campaign leading up to our initial flights.

In the 24 July 2017 Press Release Tonie failed to realize that his mumble jumble would be recorded like this :
In June, our board concluded that the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 should no longer be relied upon. This was following an extensive review by our new management team and its advisors of the company’s corporate and financial reporting processes. Through this process, we became aware of numerous discrepancies, including, for example, an aircraft engine lease agreement the old Baltia had entered into with Logistic Air, Inc. in 2010. We also determined that the company’s previous independent auditors failed to properly account for the payments purportedly due to Logistic Air. As such, and as part of our overall turnaround, we have concluded to restate our financial statements for 2015 and 2016 to correct all accounting and disclosure errors and along with our advisors and new auditors are working as expeditiously as we can to complete this review.

AND also on the 30 Nov 2017 mumble jumble did NOT Tonie the most genius CEO write:
For the past year, we have aggressively tackled several issues that the company inherited from the previous management teams, including but not limited to, the unexpected liabilities that we have previously reported. Keeping this in mind, the company has nonetheless been able to complete the 2015 and 2016 audits which we are striving to release soon.
Of course he did write such offensive garbage!!!

If anyone doubts Tonie’s truest intentions towards his loyal shareholders, let this subject be put to rest today, as Tonie himself ELOQUENTLY reveals his most innate inclination like this:
The past twelve months marked a significant change in the company's direction, management, and approach to obtaining air carrier certification. Despite the many obstacles we have overcome, we continue to evolve as a company that holds its
shareholders' best interests at heart. Our team will continue to pursue a path that we firmly believe will yield a thriving business.

Here you have it! Tonie said it. Therefore it is true. His team will INDEED continue to pursue a path that they FIRMLY believe will yield a thriving business. After all, it is for the shareholders’ best interests.
