My problem is the stated buyback. If he had the $2 million to buyback shares like he said. Then we should have either have seen the buyback happen instead of SS increasing. Or he could have not done the buyback but used the money for debt servicing.

He hasn't done either, and is making poor decisions in using toxic financing.

If you had $2 million laying around. Would you go out and find toxic financing to finance a purchase?

He just needs to clarify his previous statements.

He keeps saying all these big money numbers, but we see no proof of him doing anything with the money, and the only money we can verify is the OS and AS increases
